The first thing guests walk through. An arch or column pair marks the way in and sets the tone before anyone reaches the room.

A composed backdrop gives guests, staff and press a natural place to stand. Custom vinyl or printed elements can carry a name or message.

Share your palette and brand guidelines. We use them as creative direction and build the design around them.

Date, venue and access. Where the event is and when we can install. Venue rules may shape what is possible.
Brand palette and assets. Colour references, logos or wording for any custom vinyl or printed elements.
Where guests gather. Entrances, stages and photo spots tell us where styling matters most.
Timeline. We recommend at least two weeks for custom projects. Shorter timelines depend on scope and availability.

- What is the starting investment?
- Larger bespoke projects and custom proposals generally begin at $1,500. Simpler installations may be quoted separately depending on scope. Your final quote reflects the design, materials, location, installation requirements, and any additional services.
- Can you work with my colors or inspiration?
- Yes. Share your palette, invitation, brand colors, or inspiration images. We use them as creative direction and tailor the design to your event, rather than promising an exact copy of another artist's work.
- Do you deliver, install, and remove everything?
- Delivery and installation are coordinated as part of your project. Teardown is not automatically included. Removal and any rental-return arrangements will be outlined in your proposal.
- Does an inquiry reserve my date?
- No. An inquiry or proposal does not reserve your date. Availability is confirmed through the required booking process.
