All orders are final and non-refundable 5 days before delivery regardless of the buyer's location. Custom orders are always non-refundable.
1. Missing, damaged, or defective items should be reported within 24 hours of delivery by emailing hello@sculptedair.co with order details and a photo. Late reports or failure to provide necessary details may result in no credit, replacement, or refund.
2. Orders are made and delivered to the specifications entered. Please review spelling, numbers selected, delivery/pickup time, address, and notes before submitting your order. Sculpted Air is not responsible for any incorrect information provided. Extra fees will apply to correct mistakes.
3. Most restaurants and venues accept balloon deliveries and setups. We recommend confirming your venue's balloon policies or restrictions in advance, as Sculpted Air does not assume responsibility if no setup is allowed.
4. All deliveries arrive weighted, inflated, and bagged, if applicable. For best results, we recommend unbagging your order upon arrival. Sculpted Air does not handle balloons unless White Glove Service is chosen at checkout.
5. Delivery and setup times are not guaranteed. A delivery or setup should be scheduled prior to the event start time.
6. Requesting to reschedule a delivery or setup is subject to availability and may incur an additional delivery or setup fee.
7. Changes in the environment or temperature may cause deflation or popping. Foil balloons may include a microtear, a normal manufacturing factor that can cause deflation in the event that an order is exchanged prior to its deadline.
8. If the White Glove Service and/or Tear Down option has been selected, a client should be present at the time of the setup/teardown. If the client cannot be present or reached, Sculpted Air will use its best professional judgment for the setup/teardown. Please note that Sculpted Air is not responsible for any damages that may occur from a setup/teardown.
9. Longevity of any kind is not guaranteed or promised for any balloons used outdoors.
10. Balloon decor and party supplies are not permitted to be bitten, licked, or ingested by pets. Sculpted Air recommends proper disposal of any decor after the day of your setup. Sculpted Air recommends supervision of any pet when using Sculpted Air decor. Sculpted Air is not liable for any incidents, injuries, or damages caused to your pet when using Sculpted Air products.
